To ensure that both parents and students are aware of the rules and procedures at Franklin High School, we strongly urge you and your student to read the contents of the student handbook. We believe these policies and procedures positively impact student achievement. In addition to our handbook, we also promote R.O.A.R. PRIDE here at Franklin High School. Through R.O.A.R.
