  • The Board of Education of the Franklin City School District has determined that the real property located at 16 Farm Avenue, Franklin, OH 45005, Warren County Auditor Parcel ID Number 0431153012 will be offered for sale at public auction. The auction will be held at the property, which is located at 16 Farm Avenue, Franklin, OH 45005 and will occur on October 14, 2024, at 12 p.m.  Conditions of Sale and other pertinent information regarding the sale are available on request at the Board office by contacting Kevin Hawley, Treasurer, at 937-743-8603 or khawley@franklincityschools.com.

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration 2024-2025 School Year

Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year will begin April 10 for all students turning five by August 1, 2024. Parents may begin the online pre-registration process on April 2, 2024.

Parents/guardians should complete the online pre-registration process beginning Tuesday, April 2. If you do not have a computer, one will be available at the Welcome Center.   Once you have completed the online registration, you will be required to make an appointment.

The following documents are required for registration:

  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Custody Papers/Court Ordered Placement (if applicable) (Divorce Decree, date stamped and signed by judge /magistrate). Note:  If you are in the process of acquiring custody, you must have documentation from the court confirming legal proceedings have been initiated. There is a 60-day legal completion process for the student to continue enrollment at Franklin City Schools.
  • Shot/Immunization Records
  • Parent/Guardian Driver’s License
  • Proof of Residency (Rental/Lease Agreement, Settlement Statement, Land/Purchase Contract, Copy of Deed, Current Electric or Water Bill. The items listed are the only items that will be accepted.

 Students will not be admitted until all the above requirements have been met.

We strongly encourage families to complete the registration of their kindergarten students as soon as possible to assist in the proper placement of all students. If you have any questions, please call Central Registration at 937-743-8602.
