The Board of Education for Franklin City Schools will move the date of its already scheduled regular meeting on June 24, which will be held at 6 p.m. The rescheduled regular meeting will now be scheduled as a special meeting for June 17 at 6 p.m. The meeting will still be held in the Franklin Junior High School Cafeteria on 750 E 4th St, Franklin, OH 45005. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a rescheduled regular meeting for general purposes.

Re:Winter Sports Orientation Night

Parents,

I hope everyone is doing well! You and your student-athlete are invited to a Winter Sports Orientation meeting on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the high school auditorium.

Topics to be discussed include eligibility standards, liability, drug and alcohol policy, sporting conduct, social media and other district athletic policies. We hope you will join us for this informative session.

In order for your student-athlete to be eligible to participate for Franklin City Schools, attendance at this preseason meeting is strongly encouraged and required by the Ohio High School Athletic Association. If your son or daughter played a fall sport and you attended the July meeting, you do not have to attend this meeting.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Athletic Office. See you on November 3rd. Go Cats!
