Board of Education Meetings:

  • Work Sessions will be held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
  • Regular Board Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. 
  • Meetings are in the Franklin High School Media Center.
  • No Work Session meeting scheduled in July or December.
  • All board meetings include time for public comments.

The Board of Education for Franklin City Schools will hold a special meeting on March 17 at 5:00 p.m. in both the Franklin High School Media Center and Large Conference Room, which are adjoining rooms, on 140 E 6th St, Franklin, OH 45005. The Board will first hold an executive session for the appointment and compensation of a public employee or official and may have a vote to appoint a public official. After these items, the Board will discuss and strategize the School Board's vision and mission. No action is anticipated for this portion of the meeting. 

 

The next board meeting is March 23, 2026, in the FHS Media Center.  The agenda will be available on Friday, 3/20, by 3 p.m.

Due to the extreme cold that includes windchills of -20 degrees and the cold weather advisory, all Franklin City Schools are on a 2-hour delay for Tuesday, January 21. There will be no AM preschool.
