To allow for additional daylight and safer travel conditions, FCS will operate on a two-hour delay on Wednesday, 1/28/26.
• There will be no AM Kindergarten or Preschool.
• School buildings will open at their regular time for families who need to drop off students in order to arrive at work on time.
• Students who arrive early should report to their building’s cafeteria for supervision.
We will continue to monitor weather conditions, including drifting snow, refreeze and windchill. If FCS ultimately determines it is safest to close school, the decision will be made and communicated out by 7 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Senior Tyler Woods qualified for the OHSAA state tournament this weekend taking 2nd place in the district wrestling tournament at Wilmington High School. Tyler's record this year is 29-1 at the 132lb weight class. He has accumulated 136 career victories putting him 2nd on Franklin's all time wins list. Tyler is a 2x state qualifier, 2x sectional champion, and a 4x league champion.
