Board of Education Meetings:

Work Sessions will be held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
Regular Board Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
Meetings are in the Franklin High School Media Center.
No Work Session meeting scheduled in July or December.
All board meetings include time for public comments.

The next board meeting is February 23, 2026, in the FHS Media Center. The agenda will be available on Friday, 2/20, by 3 p.m.

Pennyroyal Elementary teacher Missy Powell found out one of her students was struggling because she didn’t have access to the internet. So Powell started tutoring on 8-year-old Aziah Conlee’s porch so she wouldn’t fall behind during COVID-19. Aziah misses her friends from school, but is happy her teacher stops by to help. “I really appreciate her for this,” Aziah’s Mom, Donika Williams said.â¤ï¸
