Board of Education Meetings:

Work Sessions will be held the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
Regular Board Meetings will be held the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
Meetings are in the Franklin High School Media Center.
No Work Session meeting scheduled in July or December.
All board meetings include time for public comments.

The Franklin City Schools Records Commission will meet on June 22 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to review the records retention schedule of the district and any other pertinent records-related topics. This meeting will be held in the Franklin High School Media Center on 140 E 6th St, Franklin, OH 45005.

The next board meeting is June 22, 2026, in the FHS Media Center. The agenda will be available on Friday, 6/19, by 3 p.m.

Gerke fifth graders completed a biography project this spring that included creating a model of their chosen subject using empty 2-liter pop bottles. A wide range of historic people made appearances as biography bottle buddies including Stan Lee, Sacagawea, Lucille Ball, Nikola Tesla, Joan of Arc, Picasso, Jackie Robinson, Thomas Edison, Ronald Reagan, John Lennon, Dr. Seuss, and more.
