The Board of Education for Franklin City Schools will move the dates of its already scheduled regular meetings on April 8 and June 24, both of which were to be held at 6 p.m. These rescheduled regular meetings will now be scheduled as special meetings for April 11 and June 17 at 6 p.m. These meetings will still be held in the Franklin Junior High School Cafeteria on 750 E 4th St, Franklin, OH 45005. The purpose of these meetings is to hold a rescheduled regular meeting for general purposes.

The Board of Education for Franklin City Schools will hold a special meeting on April 17 at 5:00 p.m. in the Franklin Junior High School Cafeteria on 750 E 4th St, Franklin, OH 45005. The purpose of this meeting is to hold an executive session to discuss personnel, employment matters, and the potential sale of property. No action is anticipated.

Kensie Black

Saturday Kensie Black ran in the state cross country meet at Fortress Obetz. She ran her second fastest time of the season finishing in 18:58 to come away with 29th place out of 176 runners who qualified for the division 1 race. Finishing in the top 30 gives her first team all state honors for cross country. Kensie ran a great race being patient and passing 43 girls in the second mile and another 11 in the last mile of the race. Congratulations!
