Owner's Rep RFP

The Board of Education of the Franklin City School District has determined the need for owner’s representative services related to the construction of a new high school as well as to undertake renovations to its existing high school in order to convert the same into a 6-8 middle school and additional related site improvements using a construction manager-at-risk delivery method.  This project is being done through the Ohio School Facilities Expedited Local Partnership Program (ELPP).  The estimated Construction Budget is $56,531,310.00.  The estimated Total Project Budget is $66,026,594.00.  Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education at the office of the Treasurer, located at 150 East Sixth Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005 until 4:00 p.m. local time, on January 6th, 2020.  Additional information and instructions are on file at the office of the Treasurer and may be reviewed or obtained on the District website at https://www.franklincityschools.com/ All questions shall be directed to Robert Giuffré, Treasurer, at 937-743-8603.  A copy of this notice is published on the Board of Education’s website, https://www.franklincityschools.com/ and can be accessed by clicking the link on the front page.
